You love avacados and eggs….. do you mash the avacado and then place fried or poached eggs on top?

I mash the avocado and season it, and then place either a runny egg that was fried or poached on top (or soft boiled). I’m all about runny yolks!

Which recipes do you use for macaroons & kale chips. I’ve had an excaliber but only used it for jerky, sundried tomatoes, fruit. Love coconut!!!
